Scope

JARVIS Personal Health is a private application built for, and used only by, its owner. It isn't offered, sold or made available to anyone else, and no one else may sign in to or use it.

Oura data

JARVIS accesses Oura data only with the owner's authorization, read-only, and only as described in the Privacy Policy. Use of Oura data is subject to Oura's own terms and the Oura API Agreement.

Not medical advice

JARVIS shows the owner their own wellness data for personal information only. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice.

No warranty

The application is provided as is, for personal use, without warranties of any kind.

Ending use

The owner can stop using JARVIS at any time by revoking its access in their Oura account and deleting its locally stored data and credentials.

Changes

Any changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
